Tekla Cross

A classic, ergonomic and comfortable conferense chair, coming in more patterns and frames.

The Tekla series is a comprehensive collection of chairs in several categories. It is available in three backrest heights, four upholstery designs, and with a wide range of bases. All models, except the bar stools, are available with or without armrests. The chair is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. There is something for every taste and need.

Tekla Cross features three different “families” of bases: Superleggera – (glides and castors), Trevi – (glides as well as 4-star and 5-star bases with castors), DB1.8 – (glides).

In addition to Tekla Cross, there are Tekla Legs, Tekla Bolt, and Tekla Bar.

Jacob Amtorp graduated The Royal Danish Academy of Architecture and Design.The main sources of inspiration come from the scandinavian design tradition, and from the functionalistic movement in the early 20th. century. “On the basis of these philosophies it is my goal to create contemporary sustainable furniture for the residential as well as the contract sector.”
